Journalists plotted the fish trawl data that
they gathered earlier that morning on Narragansett Bay. Dr. Perry
Jeffries, GSO professor emeritus, used this exercise to demonstrate
the value of a long-term data set (40 years) of Narragansett Bay and
helped the Metcalf Fellows consider the difficulty of drawing conclusions
based on scientific data. |
